The fastest way to get a useful answer from us is the AI Readiness Scorecard. It is 11 questions and takes about five minutes. It covers how much of your operational knowledge is written down, how your processes and data actually run, what governance is in place, and how far along you already are.
Results go to your email, with your weakest area called out. When you book a call afterward, we already know where to start, and the first conversation is about your operation instead of a questionnaire.
2. Book a discovery call
A 30-minute call with one of the founders. Tell us where you are losing time or money and we will tell you straight whether AI can fix it, roughly what it would take, and whether we are the right people to do it.

Where we work
Novanix AI is based in Houston, Texas, and works with operators across the Gulf Coast and the state of Texas. We are a service-area business: our engineers come to your site, so there is no public office address. Work elsewhere in the United States is done remotely, with site visits as the job requires.
